The first day of the session began with several queries including child care landscape, implementation of hidden disability programmes, and special education at all education institutions.

On the child care landscape issue, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi bin Haji Awang Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports explained that child care centres are encouraged to assist and ease child care burden.

On the implementation of hidden disability programmes, Yang Berhormat Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha, Minister of Transport and Infocommunications shared several efforts have been implemented in making the Brunei International Airport more inclusive.

Next on job opportunities for former inmates, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence stated that the government is reviewing for a more inclusive and progressive approach for recruitment into public service.

On special education at all education institutions, Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Doctor Dayang Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Mohd. Salleh, Minister of Education explained the Department of Special Education will always ensure the implementation of special education at all education institutions including the private sector consistently adhere to the guidelines.
